COMING SOON TO SPRINGFIELD AND UNA NEIGHBORHOODS!

                                             Land Trusts 101:

    Creating Permanent Affordable Workforce Housing
The Urban Neighborhoods Alliance, in partnership with the City of Springfield and NeighborWorks America will be presenting a two-day workshop on land trusts.  The workshop will take place Monday & Tuesday, May 19 & 20, at Ozarks Technical Community College in Springfield, MO.

Community land trusts combine affordable private home ownership with community ownership of land to help turn deteriorating neighborhoods into neighborhoods of choice and help prevent displacement of low-income residents due to gentrification.
