The Urban Neighborhoods Alliance, along with the Springfield, Missouri Police Department, City Utilities, and the Springfield Apartment & Housing Association, held its 6th Annual Landlord Training Workshop on Saturday, March 15, 2008 at City Utilities.

This bold, new program has no precedent. The program’s concept was to take a multi-faceted approach to crime prevention--a unique coalition of police, property managers, and residents of rental properties. The program is to be an on-going program to address all of the opportunities of crime in rental property.
